Refund policy

Last updated: 17/07/2026

This policy explains who sells you a Postloop subscription, when it can be refunded, and how to request a refund. It supplements our Terms of Service and our privacy policy.

1. Who sells you the subscription

Postloop subscriptions are sold directly by Mohamed Bouchiba, an individual trading under the business name “Postloop”, 75 avenue Mutsaard, 1020 Brussels, Belgium (see the legal notice). Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland), our secure payment provider.

In practice:

For any request (invoice, refund, cancellation), write to us at contact@postloop.online. You can also manage or cancel your subscription directly from Postloop (Settings → Subscription).

2. The 14-day free trial

The 14-day free trial is available on one plan only:

All other plans have no trial period and are billed as soon as you subscribe: the annual plans (Solo, Pro, Business), the Pro plan (monthly as well as annual), the Business plan (monthly as well as annual), and the additional social account add-on.

Where a trial does apply:

The trial end date and the date of the first charge are shown at checkout and confirmed by e-mail.

3. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer (buying outside any professional activity) residing in the European Union, you are in principle entitled to 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving any reason: article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, which implements Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. If you live in another Member State, the equivalent provisions of your own national law apply.

You keep that right with Postloop. Postloop is a digital service supplied as soon as you subscribe, in the form of a subscription: it is a service contract performed continuously over time, and it is never “fully performed” on day one. The exception in article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law therefore does not apply to your subscription: we do not ask you to waive your right of withdrawal, and you do not lose it.

We go further than the law: a 14-day money-back guarantee. Rather than deducting an amount proportionate to the days you have used, as the law would allow us to, we refund you in full if you ask within 14 days of your first payment, on any paid plan (monthly, annual, or the “additional social account” add-on), with no reason to give. The subscription is then terminated and access ends. This guarantee is more generous than the legal minimum — so it can never leave you worse off than your right of withdrawal.

How to use it. Write to us at contact@postloop.online before the 14 days are up. The full refund is paid back to your original payment method within the timescales in section 7.

Purchases made by a business (a company, or a self-employed person acting for their business) do not carry the statutory right of withdrawal; the 14-day commercial guarantee above still applies to them.

4. Monthly subscriptions

On Solo monthly, the 14-day free trial also lets you evaluate the service without paying anything: while the trial is running nothing is charged, and you can cancel at any time before it ends. The 14-day guarantee above runs from your first payment — that is, from the end of the trial.

5. Annual subscriptions

Annual plans come with no free trial. In exchange:

6. The “additional social account” add-on

The add-on is billed monthly, on top of the subscription, based on the number of accounts added. It follows the monthly-subscription rules (section 4): a 14-day money-back guarantee from its first payment, then remove it at any time, effective at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund for the month already started.

7. How to request a refund

Write to contact@postloop.online stating the account e-mail address, the payment date and, if possible, the number of the invoice concerned. Your invoices are available in the Stripe billing portal (Settings → Subscription → “Manage billing”).

Processing times:

Refunds are always made to the payment method used for the purchase; we cannot refund to a different account.

8. Specific situations

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may change. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date of that payment. Any change to your disadvantage will be announced with reasonable notice.
