Terms of Service

Version dated 15/07/2026

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms of service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Postloop service, available at postloop.online. Creating an account constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. The service

Postloop is an online (SaaS) social-media content management service: idea capture, AI-assisted ideation, post creation, scheduling, publishing through a technical publishing partner, and performance analytics. The service is currently offered as a beta: its features may change, be added or removed.

3. Account

4. Plans, pricing and payment

Postloop is a paid service, offered on a subscription basis: the Solo, Pro and Business plans, billed monthly or annually, to which the "additional social account" option may be added. Current prices, shown inclusive of all taxes, are displayed on the Pricing page and restated at checkout.

A 14-day free trial is offered on the Solo monthly plan only. A payment card is required at sign-up, but no amount is charged during the trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is taken automatically. The annual plans (Solo, Pro, Business), the Pro and Business monthly plans and the additional social account option include no trial period and are billed as soon as you subscribe.

The subscription renews automatically at each term (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Postloop (Settings → Subscription); cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

The subscription contract is entered into directly with the service's publisher, Mohamed Bouchiba (“Postloop”), 75 avenue Mutsaard, 1020 Brussels, Belgium. Payment is processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland), a payment service provider: your card details are entered on Stripe's payment pages and never pass through Postloop's servers (PCI-DSS standard). The price displayed is the exact amount charged at payment. Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method. Your invoices and subscription management are available through the Stripe billing portal (in Postloop: Settings → Subscription → Manage my billing).

Refund conditions and time limits are set out in our refund policy.

Prices may change. Any price change applicable to your ongoing subscription will be notified with reasonable notice and will only take effect at the following term; you remain free to cancel before then.

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of the content you create or import into the service (text, images, videos, ideas). You grant the publisher a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence for the sole purpose of operating the service: storage, transformation (including video processing) and publication on the social networks you have connected. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the content you submit.

6. Third-party social networks

Publishing is carried out through the official APIs of the platforms concerned. You remain subject to each platform's own terms of use. The publisher guarantees neither the effective publication of any content nor its reach or audience. You may revoke the connection of your social accounts at any time.

7. AI-generated content

The service offers creation aids powered by artificial intelligence. These suggestions are provided as assistance only: you review, edit and take responsibility for the content you publish. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind (legal, financial, medical or otherwise).

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

Quotas and a fair-use policy apply to your use of the service.

9. Availability

During the beta, the service is provided "as is". The publisher uses best efforts to keep it available, but interruptions (maintenance, incidents) may occur. No service-level commitment is given.

10. Intellectual property

The service, the "Postloop" trademark, the logo, the interface and the code remain the exclusive property of the publisher. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings; an export of your data is available before deletion. The publisher may suspend or terminate an account in the event of abuse or breach of these Terms, with notice to the user.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. The publisher is not liable for indirect damages (loss of audience, revenue, or data published on third-party platforms). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in the privacy policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

The publisher may amend these Terms. Any substantial change will be notified to you (by email or in the app) with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this clause takes no right away from you. Under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 ("Brussels I bis"), you keep the right to bring the dispute before the courts of the Member State where you are domiciled, and we may only sue you before those courts. You also keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence.

Amicable settlement. Write to us first at contact@postloop.online: we will look for a direct solution. If the disagreement persists, you may, free of charge and before any legal action, refer the matter to:
